Why the county matters
Ashburn, Sterling, South Riding and Aldie are in Loudoun County. Herndon and Reston are in Fairfax County. For a kitchen remodel the practical difference is permitting: Ashburn projects go through Loudoun County's Department of Building and Development, while Fairfax County projects go through Fairfax's own process. We plan the scope around the right jurisdiction from the start. Our permits page covers Loudoun in more detail.
Based in Herndon, not out of the area
Kenney Construction is a locally owned general contractor based in Herndon. Our completed kitchen projects so far are in Herndon and Reston; we have not photographed a kitchen in Ashburn yet, and we label every photo with where it was taken. We are a service-area business and meet homeowners at their homes.
Kitchen Kings, the division behind this site
