Who we are
Kenney Construction, Inc. is a locally owned general contractor based in Herndon, Virginia, founded in 2019 by Frank Kenney. Frank has worked in construction since he was 14 and is also a real-estate agent, investor and home flipper, which means he looks at a kitchen from both the builder's and the owner's side. Kenney Construction is licensed, insured and bonded in Virginia (DPOR #2705187519).
Kitchen Kings is the company's kitchen remodeling division. It offers full kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing and replacement, countertops, kitchen layout and design, kitchen islands, custom cabinetry, kitchen electrical and lighting, and kitchen flooring. Kenney Construction runs other specialty divisions for other parts of the home, including Bathroom Brigade for bathrooms, all backed by the same company.
Why a separate Ashburn site?
Ashburn homeowners have questions that a general Northern Virginia page does not answer well: how Loudoun County permitting works, what to ask an HOA before a remodel, and how to plan a renovation in a kitchen that opens onto the family room. This site exists to answer those questions in one place. It is not a separate company or a lead-referral service; when you request an estimate here, it goes to Kenney Construction.
What we will and won't claim
Everything on this site is drawn from real Kitchen Kings information. Prices are the division's published reference ranges. Reviews are quotes already published on the Kitchen Kings site, unedited. Photos are real Kitchen Kings projects labeled with the city they were taken in, which so far is Herndon or Reston, not Ashburn. We do not publish a street address because we are a service-area business that comes to you.
